USA: 5­-8 business days
Canada/International: 6­-12 business days
Your order is custom printed on demand and sent out on average within 3-5 days of ordering, so please note the process takes just a littttle longer than Amazon Prime.

Shipping for all orders (USA and International) is free for purchases over $49. Orders less than $49 will incur a flat shipping fee of $6 for US-bound orders, $8 for Canadian-bound orders, or $10 for International shipping.

Make It Right Guarantee:

We work hard to bring you creative, quality-tested products and we want your shopping experience with us to be a satisfying one. We want you to smile every time you pull on one of our t-shirts, slip into a pair of our leggings, or throw your sh!t into one of our bags. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 21 days so we can make it right.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

Returns:
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at hello@undressedapparel.com to initiate the return process.


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We can only replace items if they are defective/damaged/wrong item sent. Please note we cannot exchange one item for a different item or a different size. For the most expedient service, please send an email to returns@undressedapparel.com and include photos of the damaged item and packing slip (required.) You will never pay return shipping for a damaged or defective item, and we will replace the item for you free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned/exchanged product to reach you may vary.
